Team & Club Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the RunTechX Team & Club program. By participating in this program and placing a custom or bulk order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Minimum Orders The Team & Club program is exclusively available for sports teams, clubs, corporate groups, and organizations. To qualify for program pricing and benefits, orders must meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per design.
2. Artwork & Customization

Copyright: By submitting logos, designs, or text for customization, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to use those materials. RunTechX is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements.

Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to reject any artwork that contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

Approval: Production will not begin until the final digital mockup is approved by the client. Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design.
3. Pricing & Payment

Program discounts are applied based on the volume of the order and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discount codes, or gift cards.

A 100% full payment is required before production begins.
4. Production & Lead Time

Standard production and delivery time is approximately 3-5 weeks from the date of final artwork approval and payment.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, lead times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance of your required date.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Because Team & Club items are custom-made specifically for your organization, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom merchandise.

Exceptions are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or errors made on our part (e.g., incorrect sizing or printing compared to the approved mockup). Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
6. Marketing & Media Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing, RunTechX reserves the right to use images of the custom products created for your team on our website, social media, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
7. Program Modifications RunTechX reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Team & Club program, including its pricing tiers and terms, at any time without prior notice.
